What does it cost to get started with GI Amenity?
Nothing. All equipment — vending machines, Micro Market installations, coffee stations — is provided and installed at zero cost to your location. There are no setup fees, no installation charges, no equipment lease or rental fees, ever. GI Amenity earns revenue through product sales, not equipment charges.
Are there long-term contracts?
No long-term contracts for most locations. We offer flexible terms because we're confident in our service. If GI Amenity isn't delivering on the 4-4-24 Pledge or meeting your expectations, we'd rather part ways professionally than hold you to a contract you're unhappy with.
How do I get started?

Do you serve my area?

How long does installation take?
Most standard installations — a combo machine, snack machine, or beverage cooler — are complete within a day. Micro Market installations are more involved and typically require 2–3 days. We coordinate everything: delivery, installation, product loading, and a brief team orientation so your employees know how everything works.

Are the machines new or refurbished?
Every machine GI Amenity installs is a premium, late-model unit — never refurbished equipment from a decade ago. Full-color touchscreens, LED showcase lighting, AI-powered inventory management, and modern payment systems are standard on every machine we place.
What types of machines do you offer?
We offer combo vending machines (snacks + beverages), snack-only machines, dedicated beverage coolers, healthy vending machines, Micro Market installations (full open-shelf convenience store), and coffee and beverage stations. We'll recommend the right configuration for your space, volume, and team during your free assessment.
What payment methods do the machines accept?
All of them. Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and contactless tap-to-pay. Every machine, every time. No 'cash only' signs. No declined card frustrations.
What if a machine breaks down?
Our 4-4-24 Service Pledge guarantees a 4-minute response, priority service within 4 hours, and full resolution within 24 hours. Additionally, our remote monitoring system detects most machine issues before you do — so we're often already responding before you call.
Who handles maintenance?
GI Amenity handles all maintenance. Preventive maintenance is performed every 30 days as standard on every machine in our network. You never schedule or coordinate maintenance — we handle it proactively.
Can we get branded machines with our company logo?
Yes — custom machine wraps, logos, and branding are available for qualified locations. Ask us about customization options during your free assessment.

Can we choose exactly what goes in our machines?
Yes. You get access to our full digital product catalog before installation and select your product mix based on your team's preferences, dietary needs, and wellness priorities. Our AI then optimizes your selection based on real consumption data — your mix gets smarter over time, not staler.
Do you offer healthy options?
Absolutely. Healthy and better-for-you products are a core part of every GI Amenity program. Our healthy vending machines default to a 60%+ better-for-you product mix. We stock protein bars, keto-friendly snacks, gluten-free certified products, vegan options, organic items, and more across every location type.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — this is one of our genuine differentiators. GI Amenity stocks and clearly labels gluten-free, kosher, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, keto, and low-sodium options. And every machine displays full allergen and nutritional information on-screen before purchase.
Do you stock local New Jersey brands?
Yes. GI Amenity actively partners with NJ-based food and beverage producers to bring regional products to our machines. No national chain does this — and we think it makes a real difference.
Can employees request specific products?
Yes. Our employee feedback portal lets any team member submit a product request. When five or more employees request the same product, we stock it — no bureaucracy required on your end.
How do you handle freshness?
